    Finish on a horn spoon

    I've just about completed makming a horn spoon from a cow horn. I was told to wipe cooking oil on the horn when I'm finished to protect it. Seems I heard something about to use only certian types of cooking oils because some will make the horn crack over time.I think it was something about salt...

    Mislabeled Caps

    The other day I purchased a tin of CCI #11 caps. When I went to shoot I noticed the caps were #10's in the #11 tin. Is this a manufacture problem or more of a in store flub up some how? Anyone else run into this type of problem? A first for me. Looking for any thoughts. Thanks... Longshot
