    58 cal GM drop-in flint conversion..finally!

    Dennis Mc Candless(breach plug guy) retired so I went forward on this... All work was done with breach plug on barrel.     hickory wiping stick-Fowler

    In between coats of finish and rust browning the new Fowler... Needed a useful wiping stick to go with it.... Always liked the looks of the bulbous ended ones.. easier to remove from the pipes and finished to just less than bore diameter. Scraped these out of 5/8's hickory with pined and glued...

    Saturday Squirreling
