    Pietta's .36 cal. pocket pistol?

That's the one I was looking for with the 5 1/2 inch barrel, The reason is, is that I think it is the one that Clint Eastwood used to shoot the hillbilly (Outlaw Josey Wales) with and I was thinking with my 2 1851 .36's in holsters (one butt forward and one back) and this one in a shoulder...

Pietta 1860 Army Revolver Range Report

I just shot my Pietta 1851 .36 cal. "Yank" I got from Cabela's last year (12 times). At 20 paces it was shooting dead on and just killing dollar weed that is in a pile of dirt in the back yard. I didn't have to do any thing to it except load it up (20grns 3f, wad and a .380 ball). It shot...

    Sheet Lead

I have done the same thing!! Though I did sell most of it to a troll board maker down here on the coast, made some extra money on it too!. Mine was from an X-Ray room also. I had around #400lbs in 1 pound ingots. Took forever to melt down and get clean. I still have about 30 or so pounds left.

    Beginning bullet casting 101, HELP!

I use a Lee magnum melter myself, at 7 1/2 it will make perfect round balls all day long, .495 for my .40 cal. .380 for my pistol, and .490's for my .50 cal. I just made in 2 sessions (yesterday and the day before) 312 .380's with no rejects. Just saying I don't think you need the Temps so high...

    Straightrazors

E-Bay has become a bane, bought 7 this month :youcrazy: But I know more about razors now and what to look for, Now if I could just find another Wm. Elliot & Com. #21 in good shape, I need some boxes though. Shaved with one and finished up a J.Wiss.

    Smokeless powder in muzzle loaders

At least he used those stupid inlines rifles!! I would hate to see a nice flintlock or caplock used in this manner.

    Poacher

Also trespassers can cut fences letting livestock out, cows, horses etc. roam free.

    Poacher

Fine leave, its called being an American, Trespassers can do a lot of damage or find back ways to invade your home or property and damage said property and or hurt you and yours. Just one person can become 4 or 5 stealing or vandalizing valuable property.

    Poacher

    Everything!.

    Poacher

If it is a ladder stand I would remove the "ladder" part of it and leave the seat. Poachers should be staked out over a red ant bed for 24 hours IMHO.

    Knife sharpening

After getting into straight razoring, a 4000/8000 grit Norton water stone will put an edge that will shave your legs. I used the fine side of my Arkansas stone to remove a small chip on one of my razors, after a bit on the 4000, and then about 50 strokes on the 8000 I can shave with it. Getting...

    coolest tricks?

I make a handle out of deer antler and pin it to my range rod. If I dry ball at the range I just hook it to the overhead rafters and pull down easy peasy to get the ball out if I dry ball.
