    After reading your post I thought of George Rogers Clark’s Illinois Campaign of 1778 and 1779. They faced adverse weather conditions.

    The Battle of Quebec on 31 Dec 1775 comes to mind. It was fought during a snowstorm.

    Went to one in Hamburg, PA in December. They had very little in traditional muzzleloading arms and supplies. Everything was inline, which in my opinion is BORING! Extremely depressing experience, and much different from my previous visit 2 years ago. I’ll stick to privately owned gun store...
