    The gun on the coffee table is the same one as in the other pictures. There is a flaw in the bluing on the frame to the right of the cylinder towards the top of the frame. This flaw is present in both sets of pictures. If you are not satisfied with this explanation, please let me know what I can...

    FOR SALE Aston M1842 pistol

    Added information: the ramrod is a period replacement. It is not the original style of ramrod as the original style is a steel swivel style. See the picture below for what the ramrod should look like. Also added a picture of the bore.
