The lock on a Jukar probably isn't very good, even if it was used very little.

The barrels are usually quite well made and can be quite accurate.

Either way, any muzzleloader that doesn't have a rusty bore for $100 is a pretty good deal.

hells ya!

it might be older and an off name, but is the predessor of the early cva rifle.
As mentioned, they typically shoot rather well!

I had one years ago. Very accurate with a patched RB, but you needed to clean the barrel to get the second patched ball down. Got rid of the rifle in favor of one with deeper rifling. Leon

what modal is it? I have both a rifle and pistol .45 kentuckys flints both shoot very well.

kentucky or hawken style? if it's a kentucky same gun as mine. think it has a 1:66 twist. mine likes 60 grns. of FFg goex a cast .440 ball and a .015 patch. won a rondy with it...

Lonehunter has one in cap lock. It is a tack driver, and will out shoot his custom barreled T-C Hawken all day long. They ain't purty, but they shoot good.
