Just curious as to who may be shooting a Lyman '60 C&B revolver. I bought one, sight unseen, in '82. My sister picked it up for me as it was in the town near where she lived, used but as-new! I paid $80 for it! It is a Dixie (EuroArms) gun made in 1979 as per the Square AE date stamp.

Kid, that looks like a dead ringer for my '60 Army (1979 date stamp, ASP mfg markings) that was given to me as a "white" kit (box even had the same wood grain! LOL!) that I still have today! That's one nice pistol!

OK....you will be first in line! :rotf: I do believe this gun is the only Colt repro I have that has the cut and screws for the shoulder stock.
 
I have a Uberti 1860 Colt Army with fluted cylinders made in 1974 with the cutout and screws for the shoulder stock. It was my first C & B. Got it with $10.00 of trade goods.

Wow! Those must have been some very desirable trade goods. Nice find!
 
I got my Lyman '60 back in '83, love it, got a shoulder stock in El Cajon at a gun shop for $25! Only problem is the roll engraving on the cylinder is double stamped. Actually, it adds character. Also have a Lyman '51 Navy, squareback.
