Look at what I won at our spring shoot, a 54mountain Bowie Knife. :blah: :blah: :blah:

I shot this target, it has always been my least favorite as I could never see the outlined squirrel head. Along with my score on the metal gongs I did very well.

People were bugging me, couldn't concentrate on my shooting, I was thinking about what the eye doctor told me about needing glasses. I couldn't see the rear sight, couldn't see the front sight if I focused on the rear sight, then couldn't see the target because of needing glasses and focusing on the sights. There was heavy overcast, so that made my rear sight fuzzy, the front sight looked bigger on one side.
The wind was blowing sideways of course, making my rifle dance, my target was flapping on the backstop. Oh yeah the biting flys, terrible.

Well to tell the truth, it was overcast, it was windy but not bad, I could see my sights and the target very good. Me and my Pedersoli Tryon .54 were in a zone, we were one.

I have seen 54mountain's knives on here, wished I had one, so when he layed this Bowie down on the prize table and my name got called first, it didn't take me long to grab it.

So to the ones that don't have one of his knives :blah: :blah: :blah: :blah:

(Just kidding)

Glad you liked the Knife.

But don't be modest now, you outshot the #2 shooter by almost 50 points!

Besides I was handicapped, I was the only flint shooter there. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

wow...nice shootin and knife...i'm forever more surprised at the amount of talent found on this forum.

Hey, that's good shooting and it's pretty nice you got to take something home for it.
