I received an engraved sideplate from Chuck Edwards today which bears my family name. I am so pleased with this sideplate~ it really adds a touch of class to my Woodsrunner rifle.

That is very nice! Just courious is the Chuck Edwards the same one that represents N.C. in the eleventh district?
 
Not the best job ever, but I filed a few notches in the lock nails (bolts) to add just a little something. They had looked too plain against that engraving.

I think that made quite a dramatic difference. I've been wanting to try doing that, need to practice on some old bolt heads.
