Miroku🤔

Hello recently purchased a Miroku 1863 Remington. I know I know its Japanese made by Miroku and distributed by ultra hi. However it appears to my uneducated eye to be a solid rifle with great rifling in the bore and very attractive. I think I got it at a good price. The only problem is that I need a sear and sear spring and have scoured the www and can find no Miroku replacement parts. My question is could the European counterpart parts fit or be adjusted to fit? Perhaps by a good gunsmith? I'm at your mercy

I would contact the gunsmiths at Lodgewood Manufacturing or Dixie Gun Works.

And that Miroku is damn fine and well built gun.

Lots of folks seek them out.

I always noticed that a lot of folks are snobbish towards miroku but they sure make great reproductions of cartridge guns and have made for years the guns that carry the name of John Browning.

Ackerman arms may have parts. S and S firearms may have parts. I’d contact the NSSA , they may help you.
