I used to think it was gross! And then I tried it,surprisingly good! My GG Grandmother Georgiana Howard would be proud. I was in Jamaica recently had to try braised kidneys, not so good!

Are we talking about dogs or haggis? The Cheyenne ate a lot of dog. It was actually puppy and thy boiled the thing about 4 hours until it was a gelatinous mess. The mountain men said only buffalo was better.
