Are there any marking/stampings hidden on the inside of the lockplate or the barrel underside beneath the wood ?

What I see is a pistol that was being pieced together from a collection of parts. The good news is that you have what appears to be some fairly high quality parts. The bad news is that we don't know what the intent of the original builder was. What I would do is look at the pistol kits offered by Track of the Wolf, TVM, Pecatonica, Muzzle Loaders Builder's Supplies or some other kit supplier to see if a kit with similar parts and architecture are offered to match up with the parts you need.

Track of the Wolf has full sized illustrations of trigger guards, so a trigger guard can be selected. Sights that are appropriate for such a pistol can be found from many suppliers. Is the ramrod channel drilled? You may need an entry pipe or nose cap or they may not be used. You probably got a good deal that will turn into a great pistol with a bit of judicious parts selection.
