Is this a black powder Companion, or a metallic cartridge gun ?

I ask because, while there are Limited Edition cartridge NAA Mini's, I've never heard of a limited edition ,22 cal Companion BP gun
 
If I had the cash....no need to hold I have an unentionable but wouldnt mind this as well. You seen the belt buckle models in BP? I wish I got when cheap when they first came out. Anyone do any serious testing on these to answer the above? I see the bullets out of stock from the factory
