I saw that video as well. (I've seen most of the Townsends videos over the years.) I'm looking forward to trying that mushroom ketchup recipe and making the powder afterwards. As a mushroom fanatic, it should be a hit.

We buy the Watkins brand mushroom ketchup, very good. When we go to Williamsburg we will bring back 6-8 bottles of it. Bet that would be very good with a bunch of morels thrown in it also.
