It appears that the thread linked in the stickies thread Tables, Useful Information thread links. no longer exists, so I took a little time to make up a new table of my own. I saved it as an image so that it can be easily saved to a smart phone or computer. I tried to include the most common gauges/bores/calibers on the list and common ball sizes used with those calibers. I've also included the actual gauge/bore of those common ball sizes, as many historical sources list balls to the pound that a gun actually shoots instead of the size of the barrel as well. I tried to include the most common calibers as well as smoothbore gauges, but I'm sure there are some that could stand to be added as I don't have experience with a most of the sizes. There are probably also gaps or excess sizes in the list of balls associated with a particular caliber or gauge. If you see anything that should be changed, let me know and I'll change it and repost the chart so that eventually we end up with a more complete reference.

Nicely done. I didn't double check it all but at a glance it looks good.
Maybe @Meriwether can add it to where the malfunctioning link is?

I did one mathematically years ago.
As it gets smaller (bores) they don’t come out as on the original arms.
Original Ex.:
25 bore -.577”
52 bore - .451”
105 bore - .360”
