This is a Marbles tang sight as NIB. Three apertures and mounting screws. Part # 009826. Never mounted on a rifle.

The Remington is a rolling block also. Maybe Uberti made a very close copy. At any rate, I do not think it will fit the muzzleloader I wanted it for.
 
The screw holes are 1 7/16" center to center. The sight is 2 3/8" from the bottom of the base to the center of the peep. That is with the sight turned down to its lowest elevation.
