My main interest is in doing a pistol restoration project or 2. I completed a percussion 44 cal. pistol kit back in the 70's and the lock did not hold up well, although I did fire it some. Young and impatient, I guess. My methods need refining so I will be doing a bit of reading here.

The welcomes are much appreciated. Thanks
I will be learning some basics before I do much posting. Flintlocks are looking to be quite a stimulating learning experience for me.
