Purchasing individual components one at a time will be pricy. You may want to contact a place like Deer Creek Products and ask them to quote a parts set for a CVA Hawken (I believe that what stock you have). Or possibly find a complete gun with a bad stock from fire or water damage.

I see that deer creek has plenty of parts. Ordered some items from them last week. Just seeing if any forum members have anything they want to get rid of.

My butt plate is the old style 1 5/8" length. It's a very early model with walnut stock, sadly, cracked in half.

Yours appears to have the shorter buttplate.

But take a look. Got all the good stuff including the lock.

Bringing in a bare stock to a seller and trying parts for fit worked for me. Did the trick for me at the Gun Works in Springfield OR

I sent Deer Creek an email to see what they have. In my search, I have found that it's difficult to even find a picture of a CVA hawken that only has one lock bolt. All of them I have seen have 2. The CVA bobcat and a few others all share the same lock with one bolt. I wonder if a bobcat lock would fit this stock?
