In good plus condition. Navy Arms by Pietta 12 gauge double barrel smooth bore shotgun. I believe it is cylinder bore. Fiber over powder wads are easy to start as are the over shot cards. Unlike a Pedersoli I used to have, it was a b--ch to start. I personally hunted dove and quail with this shotgun. I don't hunt anymore and it's a wallhanger right now.
I'm asking $650 to your house. Can be seen and picked up in the Abilene, Texas area
Sorry no PayPal or Venmo

It is a real plus when a smooth bore isn't choked. Maybe you lose a little distance when shooting a straight barrel rather than a choked one but shooting becomes a pleasure instead of a pain!

Yes sir, especially when you have to reload faster. I carried preloads made of rolling paper. 60 to 80 gr and lip balm containers with shot. A star cap holder and a baggie of wads. Unless birds are flying like crazy, there’s enough time to load.

Thanks for the reply. I'm curious if you can weigh it. The older ones tend to run 5-pounds 8-ounces to 5-pounds 12-ounces while the newer ones run 7-pounds 4-ounces pretty consistently. The weight makes quite a difference regarding what kind of gun it is. I have some of each that have their respective purposes, but I am specifically in the market for an older-lighter model.

I have that same exact shotgun. A real pleasure to shoot. I have taken quite a few pheasants with mine. I make thick felt cushion wads which make loading easy. Ohio Rusty

Sir if the gun is still available, please send me measurements of comb. Lay a straight edge down the barrel rib. And measure from bottom edge of straight edge to top of wood at front of comb and then at rear of comb. To see if it fits me. I have a CVA double that does not (Comb to high). Have to English originals that fit perfect.
