Need to place a comprehensive order for general starting accessories for my new endeavors in traditional percussion shooting? Not concerned with ordering BP yet but all I have is a rifle as of now. Wanted to hear y’all’s favorite company’s to order your shooting accessories?

I'll have to say- it depends. If you're not going to shoot anything of military origin, then all the stuff mentioned so far.

If you're going military- S&S, Lodgewood, Northeast Trade Co.

I would add Townsend’s
Avalon forge
Hoffman reproduction
Hot dipped tin
Samson Historic
Turkey foot traders
Sterling Fox
Townsend’s offers a lot of small stuff, tends to be pricey, hot dipped tin are great for the little common stuff tgat sets off a camp, Samson historic is limited but tends to be cheaper then Townsend’s as the same for Sterling Fox. Turkey foot adds in some hard to find stuff like hemp cloth and rope, some cheaper though not fully HC blankets and lots of good food and “personal’ products soap ect, cheaper tin ware. Avalon forge is mostly military small stuff, though appropriate for camp use as it sells hard to find stuff like axes and shovels

I don't have any one place to go for my accessories. Some specialize in certain types of accessories. Some are more period and historically correct than others. Some will have periodic sales, so items can be found at a better price. Some keep a better inventory, so more items may be in stock. All the vendors previously listed are good, I just find that I can't limit my choice to one.

Everywhere mentioned except Amazon, I won't give them a plug nickel and I allow none of that AI garbage in this house.

I think everyone pretty much covered all the main online shops. I try to find the little Ma & Pop vendors as much as I can.
Can't get to my list right now as our power is out....maybe tonight if I can get into the computer (and if the sudden power loss didn't damage it - old machine).
Google, Facebook, and word of mouth is good to find those special items....and then there is making your own

Just found this one on my phone;

It seems I buy most of the little stuff from Track of the Wolf. And you can call and speak to someone if needed.

Discovered the other day that Townsends website has been “cloned” by a scam outfit that lists that they’re in VT. Townsends’ is townsends dot us; scammer is townsendses dot com. Absolutely nothing on the scam site is sold out, and all list ridiculously low prices: $3.80 for a Blaze orange Voyageur hat. Beware.
