Well I tagged out with my 54cal Renegade on a 7pt.. I was using PRB.. This was my first year using the side lock, I had to hang up the trad bows but this Muzzloader has really filled the spot. I managed to take a 6pt earlier in November now this 7pt… I guess it’s does from here on out.. I’m loving it.

Wonderful. Glad you are still enjoying the hunt, even without trad archery tackle. I used to make my own bows and loved that type of hunting greatly. Might pick it up again, but if not the muzzleloaders are always fun to tote afield. TC Renegades are a no nonsense get it done rifle. It was the first MZ rifle I ever purchased, dropped many deer and still looks as good as the day it was purchased.
