Hello folks, I live just across the Ohio river from Mason WV near Pomeroy Ohio. I'm 68, retired military, single, with some wear and tear. Been a traditional shooter and builder for over 50 years. I'd like to know about any local clubs or shoots, shops, or fellow shooters. I'd also like to find a rendezvous and shooting partner, females get first choice 😁

Not for nothing, I'm a former law enforcement officer and can supply references. Not a creeper 😁 Just new to this area.

Contact the NMLRA, there are 27 M/L Clubs in Ohio, should be one close to you.

Thanks, the nearest active club in Ohio is about 70 miles north. Since I'm just across the river from Mason WV, thought I would check that direction. I have around 150 acers of private wooded ridges to shoot on here around home, but my few local friends aren't into muzzleloaders.

I'm in Chillicothe which is quite a ways for a regular thing but I'm pretty sure there is a club in Jackson of some sort

You might be thinking of "The Sons of Liberty". Some pals from the old days. It has mostly fizzled. Larry Zorne runs the Lock and Mold shop near Jackson, but he stays busy in the shop. We used to have a hell of a rendezvous in Beaver Ohio back in the day.

I’m in WV, and I don’t think there’s any way WV should have been put in the “Northeast” forum, in the same group as Mass. and Maine??
