You boys stitch your own cases for guns? I just started a case today.
I’ll post pics as it progresses

I made my first one in the 1970's out of split pig skin I bought in San Francisco . I was stationed in Camp Pendleton.
Now I sew them out of two layers of cloth. The outer layer of pillow ticking or upholstery fabric; and the inner layer of cotton flannel or wool fabric. I mix and match the colors and patterns for identification and whimsy.
For ties I use cotton tape, or candle wicking, or heavy string or cord.

Finally got the inside of the bag done. Made an incerts of sorts with pouches for everything to keep it organized.
