Hello everyone, I actually found this forum a while back and thought creating an account at the moment would be great, yeah I'm just doing an introduction now but hey, It's better late than never, haha. so yeah I have around 16 various muzzle-loaders, from medevial handgonnes, matchlocks, a wheelock, some firelock muskets and Civil War rifle muskets and pistols. Some I've shot, some I haven't. I've done a great deal of re-enacting in my past, but my interests are changing and I don't go out like I used to. Regards, Wayne.

Welcome! Where did you find your handgonnes? I’m also in Nc I’ve been looking for one for a little bit can’t find any makers. I bought some round stock 4140 1-1/8” diameter and 1 foot long I figure I’ll try to find a machinist who can bore it out for me
