Does India made mean it’s worth less?
No it does not. I will also bet it is NOT a rifle. It is a smoothbore shotgun. An overall pic might help if both sides shown.
If made as date on the lock it could be worth 1500-3K
If recent made in India 4-5 hundred at best.

Nice gun, looks too well made to be Indian manufacture, but could be that brass fittings are from something else, looks great!
