A former missionary to Africa showed me a muzzleloader he brought back. I have pictures. Seems to be in pretty bad shape. What do you think it is?

A Dane gun.
Rudyard can tell you more.
Nothing to do with Denmark.
A locally made effort for filling the pot. made from odds and sods, some Enfield or Enfield look alike parts, old and some newer.
The "Warranted Superior" comes from a saw made in England!
I have quite a few still living on saw handles.

Best regards, myself.

Rudyard, will know what it is and where it is generic to. I just acarid one in flint that was used in the colonies that PORTOUGAL had in AFRICA. in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. and I shoot it.
