hello all,

with the help of LOTH, I drilled a vent hole on a MH 9" sea service pistol tonight. .62 cal.

1/16" inch and then barely coned the face with a larger bit.

will shoot for fun........

I have interest in things from the past.

disassembled and cleaned the beast.

put renaissance wax on metal surfaces and wood knocking off some of the stain job defects.

coated screws and threads with bowstring wax as I do with most things.

Welcome from the woods. I shave with a Sears and Roebuck ’fully chromized’ straight razor, have for decades, never have to worry about high blood pressure, my volume is usually quite low…
