but it is handy for farm and field. Take your old stretched out saw chain cut and mount it into a cheap hacksaw frame. good thing is you can resharpen it just like when it was on the saw. Good for saplings and small branches. What the heck, it works...

Guess you could just leave the gas out of your chainsaw and use it the same way. It would then be a lot quieter, but a little too slow for me….
