Howdy folks, Two Feathers here:

I have another Flintlock Pan Primer for sale. The price is $57.00 shipped in a padded envelope. The price increased by $1.00 due to inflation and material expenses. It’s made from an Elk antler tine. It has a curly Maple cap. The cap/plug has been treated to bring out the beaurty of the grain, then oil sealed, buffed and waxed for yrears of hard use. It has its natural antler finish, with a 3 grain charging valve. The valve is filled through it's body by unscrewing the knurled cap, then carefully removing the cap, plunger tube and spring. I’ll include a tiny funnel to aid in filling the primer. The funnel does NOT fit perfectly, but it certainly helps. I cannot say exactly how much FFFFg it’ll hold, but I’m sure it’ll hold enough for at least 30 to 50 shots. This primer IS NOT to be used for any powder size other than FFFFg.

Disclaimer: I’m told these primers work fine with FFFg. A number of my customers use these regularly with FFFg without issue. This is just me giving you the valve manufacturer’s warning to avoid future issues. Again manufacturer’s warning: Trying to use these for some different grain size will jam them up and they will not work, Blah, Blah, Blah. But I have to pass that on to you! :+))))

The entire primer measures 5-13/16” long. The base cap is approx. 1-3/16” wide X 1-3/4” long. It should fit in your shooting bag or pocket nicely. The plug/ cap measure approx. 5/8” thick if you wanted to add a staple for hanging from your bag. The curly Maple plug/cap is held on with 8 tiny solid Brass nails.

For an extra 3 bucks, I’ll antique it for you before I ship it. I only say this because I’ve found some of the guys here prefer the Antiqued look. I can’t take it off once I put it on so leaving it natural gives the ability to Antique it before I ship it.
No idea WHY I took the same pictures twice? I just thought it looked nice on the Beaver Tail?

This item cannot be shipped to Canada.

If interested, please PM me here.

As always, thanks for looking.

God bless:

Two Feathers

Hey folks:
Don't miss out on this primer. BP deer season is just around the corner in a lot of states. With my primer, you can have your pan primed and the primer back in your pocket in less time than it takes you to pull the plug out of your priming horn.
You'll never be mad that you bought this.
Cheap at twice the price, just for the convenience. Whether you hunt or just shoot for fun, this one is a winner.

Bought a deer one a few months ago or I would grab one of these. Excellent work! Valve folks need to make a FFG and size.
azmtnman:
I thought the same thing about the valve, but then I realized no one (that I know of) primes with FFg. That's probably why the Treso folks haven't made a valve that dispenses it?
Thank you for your thoughts and time.

X2 to what azmtnman said! These are well made and function flawlessly. Grab it while you can...

Hello Scott:
Thank you for your endorsement. I'm glad you like your primer. These are a great aid to the flintlock shooter, especially during a hunt.
Take care my friend. Stay safe out there.

Why no international shipping on these items?
Bushfire:
Basically the cost is prohibitive. I've been told also that at least as far as Canadian wildlife laws are concerned,
shipping any kind of animal parts ( i.e. antler, leg bones, horn, etc.) causes a lot of Red flags and hold-ups at the border. Some folks have even had their orders seized by Canadian wildlife officers, never to be seen again!
Truthfully, I'm not even sure what the charges would be to ship to Australia? I've shipped to MPO's but those are essentially U.S. possessions.
Thank you for asking though, this lets others know why. If you want one, I'm willing to try, just let me know.
God bless:
