What are you thinking of?
A premade plastic outfit? In that case you would have to make one your self.
A loading block is real easy
Is your .69 smooth?
A block with paper cartridges might be an option. Or plastic test tubes capped with charge inside
3/4 ID PVC pipe would work, patched ball, powder charge and plug in the bottom. Pull plug,dump,ram ball with short starter.
I made some for a .65 out of copper tubing back about 1985. Soldered a penny on the bottom, and used a block separately
One word of advice. A loading block with a dozen big balls is a club. I’ve hear folk have beat grizzly to death with them

I would prefer a tube based option. I saw a picture of something that was made of wood that held powder and served as a loading block, but I can't seem to find it again. I want to say it was somewhere on this forum. Second pic posted is what I found.
I saw the youtuber Capandball post a link to a "Napoleonic Quickloader" which is just a brass tube with powder in one and and patched ball on the other (with a divider), but finding the right size pipe is challenging at best.
Ultimately, I want something that is plausible for the time period (either existed or could have existed which rules out plastic). Yes, mine is a smoothbore.

Do you want separate powder charges and then a patch/ball or shot/wads in a second container (premeasured/ready) or do you want it all as one unit?
Brass tubes like above, wood tube (drill branch or other thicker piece of wood then turn down... or get some 1" full round and fake it), bamboo joints (I'm in Alachua county and can hook you up with black bamboo, would look lovely polished and laquered), small horns, dried gourds, etc. Plugged in some fashion that is secure but also possibly having a second purpose (like a Makers-Mark-ish waxed-in-place cork at one end and a ball wrapped in a few patches - one to shoot with and one or two to swap with before loading/after shooting - on the other)

It would just be for PRB, so I don't think separate would be necessary. Not sure why I never thought to use bamboo. I found some 11/16 drill bits which would be damn near perfect.....cork both ends and call it a day.
