Took these at a Rondy last weekend, we have citrus cannon shoots. The cannonballs are oranges or lemons.
The orange is just about to hit the target at 9 o'clock

The orange is a blur about halfway to the target

Nice improvising, I was looking for something I could shoot blanks with thats cost efficient aswell and I thought diapers! My boy's diapers work perfect, they wont burn when they're wet and they're to absorbent to kill the powder charge and they open up around 50 yards away so they're not dangerous if somehow, someway I should miss the mountain I use for a backstop! (just pick up the mess when your done for the day and don't use the ones that caught a number 2!)

Teach,

A very interesting way of making Orange Juice and Lemonaide.... :rotf: A bit messy and hard to catch the spray.

So, are the oranges fairly accurate or do they tend to curve? Do the lemons tumble?

Thanks for the photos! Looks like fun.

They sure splatter when they hit.
Occasionally the oranges curve, sometimes they hit ground on the way, those are called worm burners  .I really couldn't tell if the lemons tumble.
We also have a mini-cannon category.
