Agree with Dave. It's a later, percussion version of the typical Spanish miquelet lock. Curiously, the blunderbuss style, even with the exaggerated muzzle such as this one, remained popular in Spain all the way up through the Mid-19th Century as personal protection guns that could be hidden under a cloak.
Looks to be in good condition.
