I am pretty sure that is the CVA Hawken pistol. The Mountain pistol has a differently shaped grip stock with no grip cap.

For any prospective buyer: I have a copy of this pistol and once you figure out its' sweet spot load it is a great gun.
While I never took game with it, that has not been for lack of trying. I have taken it out to hunt with a few times. I have every confidence at 40 yards or closer this pistol will take a deer no problem. For a forest gun it is great. You carry much less weight and in a place where most shots are 30 yards or closer a large pistol like this is a pleasure to carry compared to a larger rifle. I use a two hand grip and hold it out like a rifle with my body mechanics.
.
The barrel is the same 15/16 as the CVA half stock .45/.50 rifles, the sights are the same as the rifles and the lock is the same lock as on their rifles. I know because I interchanged locks from a CVA few rifles just to see if I was right. I am.

A good pistol.
