yeah, so i snapped the top jaw screw and can't find replacements in stock anywhere, does anyone know where i can find one?

Will not be pretty, but until you find an actual replacement screw, you should be able to find a screw that will work at a hardware store to get back up and running.
The Gun Works/Muzzleloading Emporium of Oregon might be a source, or you could try Track of the Wolf Muzzleloaders.

The older CVA and traditions are made by the same company in Spain so the parts should interchange.
