OK , here is a Zoli Buffalo Hunter for $500, shipped

Why so low, you ask? Because before I knew what I was doing, I got an unsized .58 Minie stuck in the bore. After a half hearted attempt to pull it......I neutralized the powder, cleaned the bore above the Minie and it has been in my "I'll get to it" area of my gun room for 3 years.

Time moved on , I bought other rifles, and I never got to it.

I also had intended to put nice sights on it, I never did . 3/8" dovetail sights are everywhere.

The nipple is in the patch box.

I have fired this, prior to getting a Minie stuck. It shot beautifully with patched .570 balls and 777. I had not used anything else in it. Minies fired well too.

I believe this is the type of rifle Val Forgett took the Big 7 with, it's marked Navy Arms. Easily a $6-700 rifle without a stuck bullet. My laziness is your gain.

$500 firm , PayPal or mailed payments and I'll get it out. Please no lower offers, this is priced beyond fair given that it will cost me $75 to ship which I'll eat for my beloved forum members. No trades, I have enough guns that were once someone else's.

I'll have to look it up, it's the same twist as the Zoli Zouave so likely a 1-72" or some such

I might on my days off coming up and twist on the ball puller , and give this another go. I'm still letting it go as it sits for $500 but if I pop that Minie ball out in the coming days, it's going back in the gun cabinet :)

As for the torch thing I probably wouldn't bother with methods that aggressive yet, I'd sooner just try to pound it down and trickle powder in the bolster and bloop it out

Stuck ball in the barrel with powder behind it for 3 years, either too lazy or can't get it out, don't know the twist rate, if you "have" to get the bullet out it's going back in your safe, corrosion around the ramrod tip & in the barrel (as shown in the pics) & you want someone to give you $500. I'd say you are an optimist of the first order. Good luck! What's this one worth?

Just put a ball puller on it and keep it! It will come right out! Beautiful gun!

I'm at that point where I may just do this, with all the drama and hate my attempt to sell this at a low price has caused Haha :)

In my 20+ years of selling guns as a hobby, on various forums and GunBroker, it was rare to encounter the negativity I received for trying to sell a rifle for a big discount because it has a bullet stuck in the pipe :)

Because if I perish in a fiery car wreck or in Glorious Combat , I don't want someone trying to load it without having to take an extra step to inspect it, i.e. the missing nipple which is in the patchbox
thank you for the reply to my question. it rely makes good sense! toot.
