It isn't marked "Navy Arms" just Parker-Hale but it was sold by Navy Arms in 1989 or 1990 to the man I bought it from.
It was made in 1989 which can be determined by the proof marks on the bottom of the barrel.

I just got off the the phone talking to a lady that has worked for Navy Arms since 1991 and knows a ton of information regarding P-H items that were bought from P-H by Val Forgette Jr. when P-H was going out of the gun manufacturing business. She told me this regarding my question about the stock stamp. She said a lot of the Volunteer and Enfield1853 stocks did not have the P-H stamp on them even though they had been made in and shipped to Navy Arms from England.

Talking to that lady was really, really nice and hope this info helps.

I agree . Because your gun does not have the stamp does not mean it was not actually made by Parker Hale. I have an 1853 that does not have the stamp but is well within the range of serial numbers that were known to be guns actually manufactured by Parker Hale. Have also seen a couple of others that fall within the range but no stamp. This is not meant to go off topic but rather help provide information pertaining to your gun to aide in its sale.
 
There is a volunteer rifle just listed on a Canadian forum. It has serial number H1601. It also has no stock cartouche.
