Good question, for years Jerry Vanderval' s widow sold it. But I haven't seen it advertised in muzzle blasts for a few years. My nephew always used it but now he just uses pillow ticking.
 
Log Cabin Gun Shop in Lodi, OH has had teflon coated patching in their booth at Friendship. You might try them.
The last I got came from The Minute-Men in Wooster, OH. Ron Hite. ph: 330-262-5482. Cal evenings 7-10 pm.
That's been a while (4-5 yrs) and I can't say if they are still offering it.
