You forgot the Vicegrips. Include that and you have a tool kit.

Whatever you pour into a jar or container use some kind of label, marking tape works great. I just can't rely solely on memory anymore.

Used cardboard quit a bit in my younger days, but I’ll give a major thumbs up for Duck Tape. Ine if the best is whit it’s used like mole skin in the feet, over the in-step, and a cross piece on the heel and back. It has protected my feet on rough country elk hunts when others were hung with debilitating blisters.

My dad used to say if you can’t fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem. I prefer fencing pliers.

Two things...if you have a stripped out screw in a stock or anywhere else, just drop some toothpicks into the hole. Or bigger slices of wood if it’s a big hole for the screw to grab on to.

Remove rust from a blued gun with a brass cartridge case. Pound the case mouth flat, even curved a bit, and use that as your scraper. Lots of oil. The brass is harder than the rust, but softer than the blue on the steel. You will remove the rust without damaging the blue finish around it.

I used electric tape on a TC encore ,over torqued the for end screw. Overheard a father telling his young son how bad i was to not fix an expensive gun properly. I just laughed.
It’s still on there

I ever used cardboard in a shoe, It doesn't hold up, but a strip of leather will out last the rest of the shoe! Right now my "good" moccasins have stair tread tape covering the holes, and it improves traction as well.I had to use "shoe goo" to hold it on.

12 gauge single barrel electrical tape holding the forearm on. If I don’t tape it, every time it gets fired the barrel separates from the forearm. If it doesn’t bloody the nose, it at least makes your eyes. water from the blow.

Radiator clamps work pretty good too.
