Got this in a trade at my LGS, they said it was a Richland arms. Not sure I agree, thought I would ask the experts.

Richland was an US importer, and not a gunmaker.

That revolver was made by Palmetto Arms, Brescia, Italy - who had a rep for making mostly junque (along with a few good guns).

Richland was one of several entities that imported BP firearms from Italy & other countries.
