Selling a Thompson Center Hawken 50 Caliber Percussion Rifle Kit - from the 70's. Kit is in like new condition with all parts in factory packaging and instructions. Beautiful walnut stock. I built an identical rifle in 1979 which I cherish. $600 plus shipping OBO.

I think your kit is newer than the 80s, my kit was pre-warning and much rougher than yours. My brother bought it for my dad, I am sure with a little help from my stepmom. Considering his current age the my kit has to be late 80s or he would have been too young to pick it out.

I sent a message to my brother to see if he could tell me what year he bought the kit I have.

My kit was old, glad I got to start before I got sick. Someone build this with a kid, it will be a life time memory.
