I have been following here a couple months, figured I should do an introduction. Total newbie to BP and will be asking a bunch of questions. I have seen some great info on here and looking forward to learning from everyone.

A coworker got me hooked on BP last fall. I didn't know BP was so much fun and addictive.

My first rifle (I already see there will be more in my future) is a Pedersoli Blue Ridge flintlock. I have been working on getting it sighted in and my technique squared away.

Welcome to the forum Jason, from the state of Nebraska. When I was in grade school and read about Davy Crockett, his flintlock really made an impression on my little head. Got out of high school and purchased my first flintlock. It is an amazing way to shoot BP. Don't discount the cappers though, they are also fun.

What part of the Old Dominion do you live in? I was in NoVa for 35 years before moving back west. My wife was born in Alexandria and raised in Fairfax Station.

Virginia is a great place to live. I live in the middle of nowhere, in a little village called Bristersburg. Bristersburg is 30 min North of Stafford, 30 min east of Culpeper, 35 min West of Manassas and 30 min South of Warrenton. 20 acres of bliss.
