This is a real nice, probably late 70s vintage, Uberti Hawken. Also referred to as a Santa Fe Hawken. It is marked .54, but believe these are .53. the 32.5" brined barrel has an Excellent bore and minor edge wear. Stock is VG + with some minor scuffs and a pressure ding on stock that can be steamed out. Case color on hardware and lock. DST. One negative is Tang drilled and tapped for sight. Overall a great and sought after rifle. Asking $400 SHIPPED to your door. More photos available.

FWIW it was posted about 6 hrs prior to my inquiry, very likely others had inquired but did not post they had inquired.
Now had I inquired 5 minutes after he posted it for sale that would be another matter.

Ain't no thang IMO
