Recently bought an older italian made kentucky, with 2 piece maple stock. .45cal, 33? inch barrel. I need a hammer! Darn thing was missing and so now I am on the hunt, but the issue is... What do I have here and where can i get one? I can take some pictures if needed. A cva hammer fits like a glove but would need a tiny bit of adjustment for the throw to be correct.

Pedersoli made one, looked just like a CVA, says pedersoli on the barrel though. A friend of mine has one. Does it have the thin spacer or the wide spacer ?

Adjustment of a replacement hammer would be common. Even if you found a hammer for your specific rifle, you would most likely have to make an adjustment to align the hammer nose with the percussion nipple.
