I just received a TRADITIONS STUCK BALL DISCHARGER and it came with a co2 cartridge, an adapter for a #11 nipple, an adapter for a #musket cap.the question that I have, can either adapter be used to discharge a FLINTLOCK? if so how. any and all help will be appreciated.

If your flintlock has a removable liner, remove it and put a flush nipple in the hole. It has the same cone dimensions as a #11 nipple.
The obstruction will move, just make sure it is pointed in the right direction. I hit the berm at 50 yards using one on a 54 Lyman.

I have and have used a CO2 ball dislodger in my flint. I removed the touch hole liner and pressed the (stiff) rubber adapter from the CO2 device HARD up against the hole so as to form a seal. A quick CO2 puff and the stuck .RB came flying out so fast I never did find it.

If you cannot , or don't want to, remove the touch hole liner, you can use the C02 discharger. I used a large hypodermic syringe barrel and needle. The rubber tip of the C02 discharger fit snugly into the barrel of the syringe, and the large bore needle went into the touch hole liner. It sealed well enough to push a dry balled .50 caliber ball out of a 42" barrel with velocity to spare. So be sure to point the gun in a safe direction when you do this.
