Snow and cold has never stopped these good old boys and gals from heading out into the winter woods of Montana for campfire grub and some wet firesticks. History, knowledge shared, laughs, coffee, stew, and plenty of targets to hit or miss - these are the friendly members of the FVML.

Denny, I've enjoyed all of your videos and this one was the best so far. The clarity of the filming, the gorgeous details in the close-ups of guns and gear, capturing the comradery, and those beautiful woods. Wow! And as a bonus, the young women in the video have wonderful smiles.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Jeff

Did not know these existed. Not much for cruising the youtube world. Since you posted however I have watched 20 of the 22 videos in the flintlock subsection of the site. Enjoyed them all!

Sure didn't want the beautiful day to end! Great winter woods setting, and one could feel the friendly warmth of fire and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed the excellent videography. Thanks for the post.

10 below zero here this morning. These videos inspire me to load up and take a walk about in the bush. Maybe stop and have a spot of tea, maybe a bushy for supper, season is near end.
