Civil War Confederate 12lb Spherical Shell recovered from Petersburg VA also a Confederate Copper Artillery fuse plug from a cannon ball dug at Gettysburg PA. Both these items were once part of the General Lee Museum in Gettysburg PA. Back in 1999 they decided to do some house cleaning and the Horse Soldier Shop was given the task to sell some of these items through their catalog. The Horse Soldier Shop has been in business for decades, I visited both the Museum and the Horse Soldier Shop back in the 90s. They come with a letter from Wes Small, owner of the Horse Soldier shop at the time when I purchased them. The Cannon ball is sealed professionally by the Museum to prevent any further oxidation. The Copper fuse plug still has the original clay dirt in crevasses when it was dug. Both go as a package as the letter has both listed.
Price: $325.00 Shipped USPS continental states.
Terms: Payment by USPS money order, Certified Bank check or personal check (funds have to clear before shipping).
Contact: PM me first we can go from there. Thanks.
