No. Dixon's hosts an annual gun maker's fair in July, in Kempton, PA. My thought was that perhaps there might be a small chance that Michael McHugh may exhibit his rifles there, and that you might be able to find him through the fair organizers.
Quick search found a number of references, such as this one. http://contemporarymakers.blogspot.com/2019/01/michael-mchugh-rifle-from-bob-roughton.html. Didn't see a website, but didn't look too hard.
