Was shooting a Lyman 575213 lubed with SPG, over 70 gr of Swiss 2f. 1045 fps velocity.
I patch the bore with Bore Butter after cleaning, and accuracy hasn't been spectacular. Generally 3- 4 inch 50 yards 3 rounders.
The pattern repeated today, BUT, for my last 4 shots I swabbed between shots with rubbing alcohol and put those 4 into 1 5/8ths! 3 of the 4 were 1 1/16ths.
Not bad for a minie! Of course swabbing between does defeat part of the purpose of a minie. I didn't bore butter patch her after cleaning this time. Next time, I'll try not swabbing and swabbing to see what makes the most difference.
I bought this Euroarms for launching big lead, and launch them she does!
Hopefully I can get today's results more often! Still planning to glad bed her.
I looked at a couple Zoli Remingtons. One was a Navy Arms Buffalo Hunter and the other a military pattern with a beech stock.
Have to say my Euroarms has better fit and finish than either Zoli's. This was quite a surprise to me.
Near as I can tell, my Euroarms has a .579 bore and groove depth of .005. Both Zoli's ( and my Euroarms P53 ) have deeper looking grooves.
Clearly this one will be a (re) learning experience!

Your lube may be too thick and gummy.
use something thinner like beeswax and cooking oil.
Starting at about a 50/50 mix, and adjust from there.
About any cooking oil works for the mix. I generally use olive oil.
