Hello folks, just joined the forum, from Upstate NY. I just purchased a nice TC Big Boar 58 cal, however, the previous owner did some modifications and no longer kept the old parts. I am looking for the hammer and perhaps a new stock and the open sight. I have tried numerous sources to no avail including ebay. Can someone direct me in the right direction please? Much obliged

Welcome Basque1 to the forum. Classic Firearms Parts carries small parts for T/C firearms. I'm not sure they have what you want but I have bought small parts from them. Also, you might try Numerich Arms parts aka egunparts. Both have treated me well in the past.

Tks for your input, Numrich arms have nothing at all and I spoke to TC arms today; same thing nothing, they just discontinue this firearm and did away with the parts inventory, very irresponsible in my opinion. I will get in touch with Classic Firearms and see what they have.
 
Basque1, the ebay seller "brokehunter" has a hammer for $60 plus $4 s&h. Not sure what you want to pay. I found it under search "black powder hammer". If you had a CVA you'd have a dozen or more choices. Also I think the T/C Grey Hawk is a short barreled Renegade, some one please jump in if this is wrong. Good luck.

As I understand it, a Grey Hawk is a stainless New Englander.

I see complete renegades minus the barrel go for $125-150 on ebay. Complete locks come up too. The lock/hammer should be the same as the TC Hawken

@bubba.50 lock for $75 is better than $60 for a hammer

Also could put an ad up here in the For Sale/Wanted
