3/8" dovetail. Features are brass trigger guard and side thimbles, color case hardened
lock and nose cap. Never live fired, unable to ship to NJ. $450 free shipping

Does the stock look to you like walnut? Does never "live fired" mean never fired with powder in it?

Thanks!

American walnut is exactly what was advertised at Dixie Gun Works, I'm sorry that I didn't list them as the original place where I bought it.
Absolutely, never fired with powder in it, I recall only dry firing it to check the spark on the flint 2 - 3 times, really good spark too.

Sorry for the health problems. Hope for a speedy recovery and back to enjoying his hobbies.

Many thanks to all of you that have replied and wished him a speedy recovery.
My Father was a USAF SSGT. during the Viet Nam War, although never going over seas,
he has always supported and stood tall to honor his Brothers in Arms that were both
deployed over seas as well as guarding the homeland.

Clearly, your father has raised a fine man. I hope your dad is back to shooting and bass fishing by Spring. And congratulations on your recent promotion.
